Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. The 1st Shift starts at 8:00 AM, and we offer various schedules to provide flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise per handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Perform general cleaning, participate in inventory counts, and communicate effectively.
- Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work independently or in a team.
