1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse operations team. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $23.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering stock to fulfill orders and maintain warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, teamwork, and efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
