1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will have the opportunity to work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. You will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean the warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication, math, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
