1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the overall warehouse appearance and safety standards. This full-time position offers a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour, with various shift options available.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate and organize merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Interact collaboratively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide feedback for continuous process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to efficiently organize and execute tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
