1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will play a vital role in the warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock handling and order fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise for shipment following warehouse guidelines.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and assist in meeting goals.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
