1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. You will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, handling incoming and outgoing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating with team members and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
