1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. As a Full-Time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. You will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, general cleaning, and participating in inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
