1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a full-time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. Join our team to work 30-35 hours a week with a starting wage of up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour. Various schedules are available for this position to suit your lifestyle.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement for employment: 18 years.
• Demonstrate quality, safety, and teamwork competencies.
• Ability to adapt positively and drive for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic and communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varied temperatures and environments.
