Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering stock to our stores. Our ideal candidate is hardworking, able to work in various warehouse environments, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
