1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret company policies, perform basic arithmetic, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
