1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring timely preparation for shipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and collaborate with management on improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
