1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budget goals.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently within company procedures.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying hot and cold temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
