1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently organizing and managing stock, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and assist in inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Aptitude for various physical tasks including bending, reaching, and moving within the warehouse environment.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and conditions.
