Job Description

We are hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our dedicated team at Aldi. This part-time position involves selecting, organizing, and preparing merchandise in our warehouse for shipment to our stores. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and safely operate equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Capacity to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 45 pounds.
