1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. The selected candidate will be responsible for selecting and receiving incoming stock efficiently, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes and achieve budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Acts Conscientiously, Collaborates and Cooperates with Team, Demonstrates Positive Attitude and Resilience, Drives for Success, Organizes and Executes with Efficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle items up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
