Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, based on the shift and schedule.

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and cooperate effectively with peers.
• Provide input to warehouse management for process improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious, collaborative, positive, and resilient behaviors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
