1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and work impact.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude and resilience.
• Efficiently organize and execute work tasks.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Frequently move merchandise and work in varying temperatures.
