1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Aldi is actively seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team. This is a Full-Time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of $23.00 per hour. As a warehouse team member, you will perform a variety of duties, including selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading shipments, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. You will also actively collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership and play a vital role in achieving budgeted goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and strategically load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic equations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
