Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with peers and leadership. Your responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, participating in inventory counts, and ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. To excel in this role, you must be 18 years or older, demonstrate conscientiousness, collaborate effectively with team members, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute tasks efficiently. Physical requirements include lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and operating powered industrial equipment.
