1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the dynamic team at Aldi. The position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $26.75 per hour. Various schedules are available for flexibility, including Schedule B and Schedule D.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
