1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with colleagues and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items and operate warehouse equipment.
