1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Team Members at Aldi. As a member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of products to our stores, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements to enhance warehouse operations.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation adherence.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Basic knowledge of company policies and ability to apply them.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
