Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will play a vital role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Starting wage: Up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
