Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team. As a member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
