1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to process improvement.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in various temperatures and environments.
