Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement of stock within the warehouse, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and timely. Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any safety concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Age requirement: 18 years and older.
• Demonstrated ability to work conscientiously, collaborate with a team, maintain a positive attitude, drive for success, and execute with efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
