1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and participate in inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety standards.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
