Job Description

Aldi is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to ensure the proper receiving, selection, and delivery of products to our stores. This part-time position works fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas. Join our hardworking team and benefit from a thorough training and safety program.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment
• Perform general cleaning duties
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts
• Cooperate effectively with team and warehouse leadership

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Outstanding attention to detail and organization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely
• Work in varying temperatures and physical conditions
