We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, from receiving stock to preparing products for store deliveries. Duties and Responsibilities
- Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
- Relocates merchandise according to guidelines.
- Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically.
- Performs general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
- Participates in inventory counts and communicates effectively with team members.
- Provides input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspects product quality and safety.
- Acts independently within the scope of responsibility.
- Assists in achieving budgeted goals.
- Performs tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follows ergonomic program and safety guidelines.

Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift products up to 45 pounds.
- Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk as needed.
- Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold.
- Operate powered industrial equipment.
