Job Description

We are seeking a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic warehouse operations team at Aldi. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. As part of our team, you will receive thorough training and support to ensure your success.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following guidelines.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate industrial equipment safely.
