1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week, offering a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay). The 1st shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load merchandise for shipment, and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation issues.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.
• Follow safety guidelines for equipment operation.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.

• Organize, execute efficiently, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Work both independently and as part of a team.
