Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Assist in achieving warehouse budgeted goals and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to organize, execute tasks efficiently, and follow company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical movements throughout the warehouse.
