Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced warehouse operations at Aldi. Our team ensures the efficient handling of products for delivery to our stores, offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our growing customer base. Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately for store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds, operating industrial equipment, and working in varied temperatures.
