Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and raise concerns as needed.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately and in compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Maneuver merchandise in the warehouse and for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities throughout the warehouse.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
