1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. Our shifts offer various schedule options to accommodate different availability preferences.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with team members, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and ensure safety standards.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies and communicate effectively.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate warehouse equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
