Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently within company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move product up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse.
