Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership effectively.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and ensure product quality and safety standards.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older to be employed in this role.
• Demonstrates ethical work practices and team collaboration.
• Adaptable to challenges and driven for success.
• Efficient organizational and execution skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products of up to 45 pounds.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
