Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials. As part of the warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing orders for shipment. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive and fulfill orders from stores.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process enhancements.
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
- Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
