1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dependable 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, selected, and delivered efficiently to our stores.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
