1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with starting wages ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties such as receiving and organizing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
