1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Collaborate on process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
