1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stock handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining the overall organization of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
