Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will be responsible for receiving stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with your peers and warehouse leadership. Responsibilities

• Receive and organize incoming stock efficiently.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates and warehouse leadership.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for productivity and quality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
