Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, such as selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate high quality, safety, and teamwork competencies.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
