Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our fast-paced warehouse operations at Aldi. Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment, and ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and work in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
