1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time member, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating with your team to achieve our warehouse goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
