We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing Aldi family. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and prepared for delivery to our stores. As a valued team member, you will collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain warehouse standards and achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by strategically sorting and loading merchandise.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Contribute to process improvements and safety measures.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment safely.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
