1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi, a leading retail company. As a warehouse team member, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. This part-time position offers a starting wage of $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
