Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in warehouse operations, ensuring efficient stock handling, order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Act independently within the delegated responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and resilience.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.

• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.

• Work in varying temperatures and physical activities throughout the warehouse.
