1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour. The position involves various work schedules, including Schedule A1, Schedule A2, Schedule B, Schedule C, and Schedule D.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and good communication abilities.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
